Story

Charitable Donations

The Supernova Boosters, Inc. is a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to enriching the dance education and experience of youth competitive dancers at Supernova Dance Company in Forest Hill, MD. Our dancers—ages 5 to 18—come from across Harford County and beyond. They train with extraordinary dedication, often logging more than 15 hours of practice each week, while balancing academics and other commitments.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of last year’s sponsors, we proudly supported 44 competitive dancers in attending the DanceMakers Nationals, where they trained with world-renowned teachers and choreographers. Opportunities like these not only sharpen their technical skills but also inspire confidence, teamwork, and passion for the arts.

As we launch into the 2025–2026 season, we invite you to partner with us in continuing this momentum. Your donation will directly support dancer education, including access to conventions and this season’s national event, the New York City Dance Alliance (NYCDA) Nationals in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Supernova Boosters is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that depends on your generosity to support our dancers. Every gift—whether one-time, monthly, matched, or in-kind—helps provide access to conventions and the NYCDA Nationals in Ponte Vedra Beach. In-kind donations also fuel year long raffle fundraisers and our First Bull Roast on January 17, 2026.

Donating online is quick and secure, and all contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Documentation of our nonprofit status is available upon request. With your support, we can continue to nurture young artists, foster excellence, and strengthen our community through the performing arts. A tax receipt will be provided for your donation.

PURCHASE

With each ticket you buy, you’ll get a digital FootballMania raffle-like game card that gives you a chance to win $100’s in cash prizes! Once you have a game card, you are automatically entered into the sweepstakes and do not need to do anything else to win.

FootballMania game cards contain 3 random football teams in each of the last 10 weeks of the pro football season (you get 3 new teams each week).

If you have a game card, make sure to use the game card links provided in your confirmation email to see if you are a winner. You do not need to take any action to win, but you can play along and have fun tracking your card!
